Updates
What changed in the game, newest first. The big changes get a story on the blog.
1.36.3 Current
- The Col du Pain leaderboard shows more per rider: average speed, average power and how many times they climbed it, for this week and all time. The polka-dot jersey card shows the same. On a phone they sit in a line under the name.
- Power on the leaderboard shows only for riders who share their W/kg. Your own row always shows your power and W/kg.
1.36.2
- During the beta, each ride takes along a short technical log of your trainer, sensors and controller: when they connected, dropped and came back. It helps us fix connection problems without asking you for details. It holds model names only and is deleted after 30 days, as the privacy notice says.
1.36.1
- The trainer list on
tourdupain.app/trainersand in the game is more precise. Trainers with both ERG and simulation no longer claim virtual gears, since the game rides them on ERG or the 33 levels. The KICKR CORE 2 note now says it can come with the Zwift Cog, and a broken Elite source link works again.
1.36.0
- A Zwift Click or heart rate strap that stops sending while it still shows as connected now reconnects by itself. Before, the Click could stay silent until you picked it again.
- In Chrome with saved Bluetooth permissions, your devices from last time connect again on their own when they're switched on, without the device list.
1.35.10
- Stop pedalling while Ride settings is open on a solo ride or workout, and the ride pauses after a few seconds. Pedal again or close the panel and it carries on. On a club ride the ride goes on as before.
1.35.9
- Connecting a heart rate strap, trainer or sensor tries again by itself when the first attempt fails, which happens a lot on Windows. If it still won't connect, the game now says what to check: is the strap worn and awake, is it free from other apps and watches, and on Windows, is it paired in the Bluetooth settings.
- A strap that connects but sends no heart rate no longer hides the heart rate your trainer passes on.
1.35.8
- A new page lists every smart trainer the game knows, 74 in all, with its status, protocol and what works, at
tourdupain.app/trainers. It comes from the same list as the game, so the two always agree. - Popular trainers have a page of their own: the Wahoo KICKR CORE, KICKR CORE 2 and KICKR v6, the Tacx NEO 2T and FLUX, and the Elite Suito and Direto. Each one says how to connect it, what works, and how riding it here compares with Zwift.
- New guides for Saris, JetBlack, Magene and ThinkRider, Wattbike and Kinetic trainers.
- A voice chat guide explains push to talk, who hears you, the volume settings and what stays private.
1.35.7
- The club guide drops a link to a developer manual. The microphone links in the group ride pages now point to Chrome's own help.
1.35.6
- The game starts more reliably. A browser extension or antivirus that adds its own files to the page can no longer stop the game from starting.
- When part of the game doesn't download, the game now tries once more by itself. If it still fails, the message names the file and says what to check.
1.35.5
- Tour du Pain has its own icon in your browser tab and on your home screen: the rider with a baguette on his back. If you installed the game as an app, the new icon shows up after your device refreshes it.
1.35.4
- The trainer guides say up front which trainer has been ridden on real hardware: so far only the Wahoo KICKR CORE. The other models are listed as expected to work, tested on an emulator.
- The Col du Pain reads the same on every page: 974 m long with 73 m of climbing.
- The Zwift and Rouvy comparisons use the same words for free: fully free for now, free core riding, a free tier, or a trial and then paid. The Rouvy page now says correctly that Rouvy runs on Android.
- The guides page has a clearer title and four places to start, and old page addresses ending in a slash or .html now forward for good.
1.35.3
- The trainer list now says which browsers work exactly: Chrome or Edge on a computer, or Chrome, Edge or Opera on Android. Opera on a computer doesn't reach Bluetooth trainers.
- The Strava steps under your ride card match Strava's own help: in the app, the three dots, then Edit Activity and Add Photos/Videos; on strava.com, the pencil and the Media box. Make the card your highlight photo to have it seen first.
- Trainer notes fixed: the Van Rysel D100 updates its firmware in the OneLap Fit app, the D500 with Zwift Cog is the 2025 model, and the KICKR ROLLR measures power itself since firmware 1.1.31, so ERG works without a power meter.
1.35.2
- Guides, blog and this update log now come in a light version too: white page, black text. Use the Light button at the top; it remembers your choice, and it starts light when your device is set to light.
- Guides and posts link to their sources, and you can share them in one tap.
1.35.1
- Small fixes behind the scenes.
1.35.0
- A blog at tourdupain.app/blog: one story for every big change, dated on the day it went live, plus fun pieces like the Col du Pain next to Alpe d'Huez and how many croissants a ride is. There's an Atom feed too.
- 18 new guides: honest comparisons with Rouvy, MyWhoosh and TrainerRoad, pages for Wahoo, Tacx, Elite, Van Rysel and Zwift trainers, power meters, Chromebooks, Android tablets and laptops, the ramp test, triathlon training, the Col du Pain, club rides, and one in Dutch.
- This update log now links to the story behind a release.

1.34.1
- The loading screen links to the guide pages, for anyone who wants to read about Tour du Pain while the game loads.
1.34.0
- New pages that explain Tour du Pain to people who don't know it yet: as a free Zwift alternative, as a game that runs in your browser, which smart trainers work, ERG workouts, and riding with friends and your club.

1.32.0
- In the demo, the Chat and voice bar sits where it does in the real game. Tap it to see how talking and chatting in the bunch works; it's off in the demo.
- The demo's start card names voice with your club, club rides, the Col leaderboard and Strava. The end card lists seven features of the full game.
- After the demo you can open the report of your demo ride, marked Demo. Saving, Strava and sharing are off there.
- Full screen now sits at the top of the ride settings, next to Close, instead of under More.
Read the story: Try Tour du Pain without a trainer: the demo is open
1.31.4
- The full-screen switch in the ride settings now shows up. The browser was hiding it before.
1.31.3
- Workouts: after the Col, the countdown to the next baguette counts your own work, like the 5 km marks. It no longer runs 1.6 km behind per climb.
- Tablets and short windows: the lap card and map stay on screen in the compact HUD, and there's a full-screen switch in the ride settings.
- The power and heart-rate trace in the workout chart no longer fades out on long workouts.
- Graphics "low" is lighter on weaker graphics cards: browser zoom no longer makes it heavier, fewer crowd rows, and shadows stop sooner. Medium and high look the same.
Read the story: Lighter on older laptops, and tablets that ride upright
1.31.2
- Tour du Pain is free for everyone through 2027, everything included.
1.31.1
- A workout starts with your first pedal strokes. Until then the clock, the distance and the bunch wait, and the screen says "Start pedalling to begin".
- ERG from a standstill starts soft: the trainer stays light until your legs turn, then ramps up to the target over 6 seconds.
- Heart rate from a strap that dropped out no longer stays flat in the ride. Heart rate passed on by a trainer only counts while it keeps coming.
- New supported trainer: the ThinkRider XX Pro (FTMS, ERG), as a rider reported it.
Read the story: From 34 to 105 workouts, with favourites and one workout for a whole club
1.31.0
- New demo at tourdupain.app/demo: ride without a trainer. A simulated trainer pedals, the arrow keys or minus and plus set the watts, and the bunch rides along.
- Pick a free ride, a workout or the Col du Pain. After 15 minutes an end card shows what you rode. Works on phones and tablets, no Bluetooth needed.
- The demo saves and sends nothing, and leaves your own settings and account on the device untouched.
- On a small phone held sideways, the turn card in the ride shrinks to the numbers and the buttons.

1.30.1
- Small fixes behind the scenes.
1.30.0
- The bakery van now comes in workouts too, long zone 2 included, at the 5 km marks. A mark inside short hard work waits for the next calm stretch.
- Skip in a workout now skips the whole block as the workout lists it. With more than 2 minutes left, it asks first.
- One extra baguette per Col du Pain climb, on top of the 5 km rule, shown on a plate under the turn-off sign. The Col card shows the climb's profile by steepness.
- Ride report: Strava sits next to the zones, the workout target is a clear line, and each postcard has a Share button.

1.29.0
- 105 workouts instead of 34: short weekday sessions from 20 minutes, entry versions, climbing, sprints, racing and skills. Sprints on feel now count in the TSS.
- The Workouts screen has search on name, goal or effort, a goal filter, and sorting by length, intensity or TSS. It also opens faster.
- Star a workout from its row or its details. Your favorites follow your account.
- When you plan a club ride as one workout together, the picker shows your favorites first, then every workout per goal with its length.

1.28.20
- Small fixes behind the scenes.
1.28.19
- A club ride can be one workout together: pick it when you plan the ride, and everyone rides the same block on their own FTP on one clock.
- Join late and you're where the group is. A stop doesn't put you behind.
Read the story: From 34 to 105 workouts, with favourites and one workout for a whole club
1.28.18
- Race your clubmates' climbs up the Col: switch it on on the club page and a see-through clubmate rides beside you, with your gap on the Col card.
- Only your best time and your times every 200 m are shared, and only with clubmates who switched it on too.

1.28.17
- Small fixes behind the scenes.
1.28.16
- Withdrawing your heart-rate data now works with a long ride history too. It runs in rounds, finishes on its own, and starts with your public ride pictures.
1.28.15
- The line between jersey and shorts is one clean ring on every kit now. No more steps at the hips, and the jersey ends where a real one does.
1.28.14
- Small fixes behind the scenes.
1.28.13
- Riding along on a club ride no longer costs you your Col time. From the turn-off to the top you climb on your own legs, so your time counts.
- The first rider to the top waits up to five minutes, then you ride on together.
Read the story: The Col du Pain opened: a timed climb with a weekly polka-dot jersey
1.28.12
- Small fixes behind the scenes.
1.28.11
- A dropped connection no longer freezes the road. Other riders come back four times sooner, with the right bikes and kits.
1.28.10
- A ride that stopped more than 12 hours ago isn't lost. Home offers "Save this ride" for a week, no trainer needed, and the ride ends where it stopped.
- A ride no longer hangs on "waiting for your choice" when you made the heart-rate choice on another device.
- Starting as a guest works more reliably now.
- Signed out on one of your devices? Home says "Sign in again", and your rides wait until you do.
1.28.9
- Riding is lighter on older laptops, most of all with many riders around: up to 30% less work per frame and about 80 MB less memory.
- You sit on the saddle on every bike now. No more gap on the TT bike, and no saddle poking past your shorts.
- The snow along the road on the Col runs in long lines instead of a saw blade.
Read the story: Lighter on older laptops, and tablets that ride upright
1.28.8
- New clubs show up in the club list sooner.
1.28.7
- The share button on a phone now always sends the text along with the link.
- Privacy notice updated.
1.28.6
- Small fixes behind the scenes.
1.28.5
- Small fixes behind the scenes.
1.28.4
- Small fixes behind the scenes.
1.28.3
- Menu pages no longer draw the world behind them, so laptops stay cooler and quieter. The fades and Home look the same.
- A ride starts with less work, and the rider list is right from the first frame. Repeat visits load a little faster.
Read the story: Lighter on older laptops, and tablets that ride upright
1.28.2
- Small fixes behind the scenes.
1.28.1
- The gold TT bike is redrawn, with deep aero tubes, a deep front wheel and a disc. You sit low with a flat back, hands on the extensions.
- All your loaves now sit in one strapped bundle lying flat on your back, from the first loaf to the twelfth.
- Vineyard posts stand clear of the leaves with wires between them, and the Col's slopes show grass, earth and rock on Low graphics too.
- Some kits no longer show a pale patch at the back of the hip or white pocket seams.
1.28.0
- Clubs are here: browse and search clubs, ask to join, start your own, and find a Clubs tab in the Klassement. Invites show on Home and in the rider menu.
- Captains can change the club's name and colours, hand over the role, invite riders, and plan or cancel club rides.
- Riding along: from 30 minutes before a ride your wheel follows the host, and lets go if the host drops out. Stop holds for that ride.
- A group ride and a club meet now share one room. You can report a club.
Read the story: Clubs came to Tour du Pain: own kit, coffee rides, radio and a weekly paper
1.27.9
- Lap times are the same everywhere, and the Col card says which time it shows.
- Big gaps in the riders list now show as a distance, and the shop preview stays on screen on phones.
- "Only me" keeps the riders panel with a way back, and picking a bike no longer turns your club kit off.
- The hour arrow no longer sticks on a daylight-saving day.
1.27.8
- A hiccup while the game loads no longer turns a signed-in rider into a guest.
- Some real names were wrongly refused when picking a rider name. They're accepted now.
- Moving from a guest profile into an account is tried again if it failed the first time.
- An update during a ride no longer leaves the upload stuck on "Waiting for a connection". The game tells you to reload.
1.27.7
- A finished ride is saved on your device as soon as the report opens, so a crash or closed tab won't lose it. It uploads at your next start.
- The ride report shows the same bread count everywhere, and Discard really deletes the ride.
1.27.6
- Power meters and trainers that don't send cadence now work fully: no more braking after 10 seconds, and ERG, the ramp test and riding along all work.
- Rides held up by a glitchy power spike can now upload.
- If your power meter goes quiet, the game tells you that instead of saying "start pedalling".
- One error no longer freezes the ride on screen.
Read the story: Riding Tour du Pain on a power meter alone, no smart trainer needed
1.27.5
- Small fixes behind the scenes.
1.27.4
- Importing a workout: a name, description or step label that's too long gets cut at a word, and the preview tells you.
- When another tab picks up your ride, the resume card in this tab says so and won't discard it.
1.27.3
- The ride panel is rebuilt like a control centre: volume on top, music in one line, big tiles for camera, time of day and other riders.
- Devices only jump to the top of the panel when your trainer or power meter drops. Language moved to Settings.
- Settings is now six panels and saves on its own, no Done button needed.
- Home's footer stays on one line on a phone.
1.27.2
- The hem of the shorts now runs clean and square round the leg, with no jagged dark edge above the knee.
- Kits no longer show a dark edge on cuffs, collars or flanks seen at an angle.
1.27.1
- The riders list no longer shows club tags or checkmarks. Your club still shows above your rider and in the rider menu.
1.27.0
- Clubs get a ready check: a card on the club screen to test your trainer and microphone. Pedal 10 seconds and say something.
- The coffee ride card shows how many riders are ready, as one number with no names. The microphone test stays on your device.

1.26.0
- Clubs can wear their own drawn kit, with a logo on chest, back and thigh, and leg cuffs. The first club kit is ready to switch on.
- Club kits show up from the chase camera, and riders in the distance show them in colour blocks.
Read the story: Clubs came to Tour du Pain: own kit, coffee rides, radio and a weekly paper
1.25.1
- Shorter, calmer texts across Devices, Account, Support, the ride report, onboarding and connection messages during a ride.
- Devices shows your trainer and heart rate first, other sensors under More sensors.
- The ride report has Done, Share (card, .fit, Strava, Garmin) and a menu for the rest.
- Onboarding is down to two steps. Graphics and sound are set for you.
1.25.0
- Club rides: while a planned club ride is on, members hear each other like radio wherever they ride, up to ten voices at a time.
- Members land in the club ride's room, whether they tapped Join or not.
- Hiding from the club list also keeps you off the radio. Leaving the club ends it right away.
Read the story: Clubs came to Tour du Pain: own kit, coffee rides, radio and a weekly paper
1.24.0
- New on the club screen: De Bakkerskrant, a weekly paper with last week's km, rides, riders and new members under a dry headline.
- Share it with your club's chat in one tap. It counts from 3 riders up, shows no names, and totals don't change afterwards.
Read the story: Clubs came to Tour du Pain: own kit, coffee rides, radio and a weekly paper
1.23.1
- A calmer Home. The main button knows what's next: it connects your trainer, starts a free ride, or lets you join a ride you're in.
- One line shows what's connected and opens Devices. Only one card shows at a time, and La Boulangerie and your bakery share one row.
- The footer now has Rides, Settings, Account and Support. The time of day is a pill that opens the five tiles.
- FTP and weight moved off Home. The Col card now says "Leaderboard" in English too.
1.23.0
- Club members get a row on Home with the crest, name, who's riding and member count. Press C to open the club.
- New club screen: online members first, this week's km, rides and riders, your own week and place, and the next coffee ride.
- Coffee rides can now be planned for the whole club, so members see them without a link.
- Captains can manage the share link and remove members. Privacy notice updated.
Read the story: Clubs came to Tour du Pain: own kit, coffee rides, radio and a weekly paper
1.22.3
- Rider list: your name stays readable next to a club tag. The tag drops first when space runs out, and your W/kg lines up with everyone else's.
1.22.2
- The club panel now has one action for every member, "Share with club mates". It opens your share sheet, or copies the link.
- "Team kit" is now called "club kit".
1.22.1
- "Plan a coffee ride" now opens right on Home, so you pick the time and make the link without leaving the menu.
- The ride link stays open for 24 hours after the start. After 3 hours the host can plan the next ride.
Read the story: Ride along: how Tour du Pain keeps a group together whatever the watts
1.22.0
- Clubs are here. A club link shows a card with the club kit on your rider, plus Join or No thanks.
- Members see who's riding now and the member list, with switches for the kit, the club tag behind your name and showing in the list.
- Other riders see your club colours and tag. Club members who start at the same time ride in the same room.
- Privacy notice updated.
Read the story: Clubs came to Tour du Pain: own kit, coffee rides, radio and a weekly paper
1.21.7
- Coffee ride: a new start picker. Choose Now, or a day and a big clock in 10-minute steps. A name is optional, and a time that's passed moves up instead of showing an error.
- A coffee ride link works as soon as it's made. Whoever opens it rides with the group, until 3 hours after the start.
Read the story: Ride along: how Tour du Pain keeps a group together whatever the watts
1.21.6
- Coffee rides got their own screen, opened from one row on Home. Plan a ride there and see your ride group under it.
- The leaderboard has its own row on Home with a trophy. Press K to open it.
Read the story: Ride along: how Tour du Pain keeps a group together whatever the watts
1.21.5
- "Plan a group ride" is now "Plan a coffee ride", with a cup.
Read the story: Ride along: how Tour du Pain keeps a group together whatever the watts
1.21.4
- Home is much shorter: group ride, friends, workouts and the shop are one row each with an icon, and the whole row is the button.
- Without a trainer, the main button says "Connect a trainer" and shows the short list of what you need.
- Shorter subtitles on the history, shop, leaderboard and account screens.
1.21.3
- Small fixes behind the scenes.
1.21.2
- Resuming an unfinished ride now needs a trainer or power meter connected. Without one you go to Devices first, and the card waits on Home.
- You can still open the report of a finished ride without any device.
1.21.1
- Small fixes behind the scenes.
1.21.0
- A new rider on the road: LTD, a bikepacking racer on a fully loaded bike, riding alone at a steady ultra pace a bit below the pelotons.
- The pelotons are smaller now, and the riders that frees up ride alone or in small groups all round the lap, so you'll hit fewer empty stretches.
- Riders no longer sit behind a slower rider for minutes: they pull out and go round. Riders being passed don't drift into the one passing anymore.
Read the story: Legends in the bunch, a team car, KB on the Col and LTD the bikepacker
1.20.1
- Zwift Ride: every right button makes it harder and every left button easier. One right button used to work the other way round.
- A Zwift Ride that's locked to Zwift now tells you so and shows the steps to unlock it, instead of connecting and doing nothing.
- Holding + or − at the end of the scale shows the limit once instead of flashing until you let go.
- The supported trainers list now shows the Zwift Ride with the KICKR CORE Zwift One or KICKR CORE 2, with a note on how its buttons work.
1.20.0
- Col du Pain descent: a low stone wall near the bottom stood across the road. It's gone, so you won't ride through it anymore.
- The Col du Pain feels like a mountain stage: the crowd thickens into a tunnel of fans near the top, with flags, bakers waving baguettes and paint on the road.
- How busy the crowd gets follows your graphics setting.

1.19.13
- Small fixes behind the scenes.
1.19.12
- Upright tablet: while you climb the Col, Chat and the riders list sit under the Col card instead of over it.
- Klassement in Dutch now says "Aller tijden" instead of "All time".
- Shop at 1024 wide: all four tabs fit, and where they can't, the scrolling side fades out.
- A ride link that no longer works shows "This ride is over" on Home until you close it.
1.19.11
- KB rides the Col du Pain with you: he takes the turn-off when you do, climbs and descends near you, and rejoins the loop with you.
Read the story: Legends in the bunch, a team car, KB on the Col and LTD the bikepacker
1.19.10
- Riders near you now cast a real sun shadow on the road like yours: the 3 nearest on Medium, 6 on High. Same frame rate.
- Riders look a bit more shaped in flat light.
1.19.9
- The minimap shows the Col du Pain branch, its summit and you on it while you climb.
- Phone on its side: the ride HUD is a size smaller, so more road shows and the whole riders list fits.
- Tablets held upright (768 wide and up) can ride with the full HUD instead of seeing "Turn your device".
- The loading screen shows the women's rider when you've picked that figure in Settings.
Read the story: Lighter on older laptops, and tablets that ride upright
1.19.8
- The top half of the Col du Pain is a real snowy mountain now, with shaded slopes, rocks, snowy pines and wet asphalt.
- The turn-off sign is bigger and easier to read from the saddle, and the turn-off is no longer offered when it's too late to brake for it.
- Over the KOM line the road eases straight into the descent, so freewheeling over the top rolls you down instead of stopping you.
- Distances in the console, café panel and postcard now include the Col, so they match your ride summary. The Col card uses English decimals in English.
Read the story: The Col du Pain opened: a timed climb with a weekly polka-dot jersey
1.19.7
- Freewheeling down the Col is faster now, and the café no longer pulls you over just after you rejoin the loop.
- A slow rider now crawls up the steepest part of the Col at a realistic speed instead of stalling.
1.19.6
- If your Col time can't be sent at the top, for example when you're offline, it's kept on your device and sent again later.
1.19.5
- The polka-dot jersey can change hands during a ride: take it on the Col and everyone sees you wearing it within half a minute.
- Chat, reactions and kudos now treat riders on the Col by where they really are on the climb.
- While you're on the Col, the riders list shows real gaps to riders on the loop.
Read the story: The Col du Pain opened: a timed climb with a weekly polka-dot jersey
1.19.4
- Small fixes behind the scenes.
1.19.3
- Riding along with someone now follows them onto the Col du Pain. You stay beside them on the climb and the descent.
- In the last 150 m before the turn-off you ride just behind them, so you see them turn in time to follow.
- A climb you were carried up by riding along never counts on the Leaderboard.
- Fixed graphics warnings from the water reflection at every page load.
Read the story: The Col du Pain opened: a timed climb with a weekly polka-dot jersey
1.19.2
- You can now ride with a power meter and no trainer. Speed follows your watts, cadence comes from a cadence sensor or the meter.
- Heart rate shows when you wear a strap. The ERG switch and resistance level are hidden, since there's nothing to control.
- These rides save and export to FIT and Strava as power-meter rides. A trainer you connect later takes over.
Read the story: Riding Tour du Pain on a power meter alone, no smart trainer needed
1.19.1
- Small fixes behind the scenes.
1.19.0
- New: the Col du Pain, a mountain north of the lake. At 4.9 km a sign offers the turn-off (key C or the button). Ride on and your lap stays the same.
- The climb is 974 m with two hairpins and 73 m up, snow from halfway and a crowd that thickens near the top. A fast descent brings you back at 5.3 km.
- The HUD counts down to the top, where you see your time. Signed in with a trainer or power meter, you also get your rank. The week's fastest wears the polka-dot jersey.
- The gradient changes your speed in the game, but the trainer still feels flat. The Col's distance and climbing count toward your ride, bread, FIT and Strava.
Read the story: The Col du Pain opened: a timed climb with a weekly polka-dot jersey
1.18.2
- The ranking screen is now called Leaderboard in English.
- Without a trainer, Free ride says "Connect a trainer first" and opens Devices.
- The update line no longer covers the top of the ride report, and touchscreens don't show keyboard shortcut letters.
1.18.1
- Planned group rides are now part of your account data export, and they're removed 30 days after they end or are cancelled.
- Privacy notice updated.
1.18.0
- New: group rides. Plan one from Home with a name and a time (or start now), share the link and add it to your calendar.
- Anyone with the link sees who planned it and a countdown, and taps Join. Guests can join too; you need an account to plan one.
- From 30 minutes before the start until 3 hours after, everyone rides beside the host whatever their watts. Stop pedalling and you drop back until you pedal again.
- The host can cancel, and an old or cancelled link says so.
Read the story: Ride along: how Tour du Pain keeps a group together whatever the watts
1.17.0
- Now and then a team car overtakes you: a white estate in the game's navy and gold, with race bikes on the roof.
- Two fans hold up a giant hand-painted banner on the drag after the viaduct at 4.6 km.
- You can now ride as a woman. Pick it under Your rider in the Shop or in setup. It's synced with your account.
- Other riders see your figure too, and the women legends among the bots now ride as women.
Read the story: Legends in the bunch, a team car, KB on the Col and LTD the bikepacker
1.16.0
- New ride card: a button on the ride report makes a square image with a picture from your ride and up to four numbers you pick.
- Choose from three looks, then download it, share it from your phone or copy it. There's a guide for posting it to Strava.
- New Leaderboard screen (Home, key K) with the Col's standings for this week and all time, with your own row marked.

1.15.0
- Signed-in riders' Col climbs are now kept for an all-time board and a weekly board that starts Monday at 00:00 Amsterdam time.
- A tie goes to the earlier effort, and the week's fastest rider holds the polka-dot jersey.

1.14.2
- Small fixes behind the scenes.
1.14.1
- If you remove Tour du Pain in your Strava settings, the Strava link in the game is removed too.

1.12.3
- The loading screen no longer freezes for a moment near the end. The rider and the road keep moving the whole way.
1.12.2
- The loading screen runs smoothly: the rider no longer jumps back mid-stroke and pedals a steady 90 rpm with smoother animation.
- With reduced motion on, you still see one still frame.
1.12.1
- The loading screen now shows the game's own rider: beret, baguettes on his back, the aero bike, pedalling about 90 rpm with the wheels turning in step.
- The road moves as far as the tyres roll, past low-poly hills, cypresses, a farmhouse, hay bales and a row of lavender.

- New: ride along. Click a rider in the list or the name over their head, pick "Ride with" and you stay beside them, whatever your power.
- Stop pedalling or stay under 30 W for 5 seconds and you drop. Pedal again within 30 seconds and you're back.
- One click on the pill under the rider list's title stops it. It works with the bots too.
- Your recording keeps your own watts, and bread counts only your own work, so being carried earns nothing.

1.9.4
- Everyone in a room now sees the same two pelotons in the same places.
- If you join late, the game catches up in a second or so before showing them.
1.9.3
- Other riders are now drawn where they really are, level with you, instead of a second behind.
- After an overtake, both screens agree on who leads within a few tenths of a second.
1.9.2
- Small fixes behind the scenes.
1.9.1
- With nothing connected, Home now shows what riding takes: Chrome or Edge on a computer or Android, and a Bluetooth smart trainer or power meter.
- Then one clear step: connect your trainer, or share the link to open it on a computer. "Is my trainer supported?" sits right there.
1.9.0
- If Strava can't take new connections yet, you'll see "Connecting Strava is coming soon; your rides are kept" instead of an error.
1.8.1
- A trainer that another app or device holds now connects anyway, and you ride on its power, cadence and speed.
- ERG and simulation turn on by themselves once the other app lets go. Connections tells you how to free the trainer and has a Try again button.
- Van Rysel D100 and D500 entries now explain they take one Bluetooth connection at a time.
1.8.0
- The bots now ride as legends: Ironman greats and Tour de France winners, a fresh bunch every ride, each with their own flag and kit colours.
- The yellow jersey goes to a Tour winner and the polka dots to a climber.
- Near a peloton, the rider list names the four legends closest to you, tagged as bots.
- Every rider can now have their own skin tone, hair colour and beard, visible from far away too.

1.7.2
- Name labels over riders now show just the name, without a flag.
- In the rider list and chat, flags are a third smaller so names come first.
1.7.1
- Voice: you now hear up to ten riders at once instead of six, so a busy room sounds like a voice channel.
- Riders who talk get a spot first, and a quiet rider keeps theirs until a talker needs it. Your group's radio still comes through on top.
1.7.0
- Adding or removing a passkey may ask you to confirm it's you, and you get an email about it. "Sign out everywhere" can now remove your passkeys too.
- The sign-in link page shows which address it signs in and asks before switching from another account.
- Your public Strava postcard is now the clean picture, without heart rate, power or W/kg. Withdrawing heart-rate consent takes your postcards down.
- Data export now works even when you have lots of rides.
1.6.6
- Blocking a rider now stops voice both ways straight away.

1.6.2
- You can install Tour du Pain as an app in Chrome and Edge. It opens in its own window, and Bluetooth works there too.
- Once it has run online, the game also opens without a connection.
1.6.1
- Strava: the Tour du Pain link is now the first line of your ride description, so it shows in the feed.
- Rides saved in an older version get the link moved up when they're sent.

1.6.0
- Small fixes behind the scenes.
1.5.1
- The version number now shows small in the bottom-right corner of the menus. It never shows during a ride.
- On a phone it's at the end of Home's last row.
1.5.0
- The game shows its version on Home and in Settings, About.
- When a newer version is live, the menus show a quiet note with a Reload button. A game that's too old rides solo until you reload. A ride in progress is never ended.
- Riders passing a group no longer vanish.
- Fixes for menus on phones and low landscape windows, the ride screen, name labels, first-person view, far trees, the power panel, workout durations and the trainer list.
